Purchases are shipped from our own warehouse in Chembur, Mumbai. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 10-12 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address of delivery. Order deliveries will be made by a third party courier and logistics companies usually between 11.00 am – 6 pm Monday–Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or pandemics, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping for Prepaid orders across India is free. For COD Orders, we charge a fixed amount of INR 150 per pair. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
RETURNS
We have an easy size chart to help guide with choosing your pair. However if you still want to exchange your pair for another size then you may return the pair to us at Fiddaa, B104, Arjun Centre,231, Govandi Station Road, Mumbai 400088 , India within 15 Days of delivery in its original box. You can add the size you want on a piece of paper inside the box, you may also mail us on flaunt@fiddaa.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9324292211 for the same. The pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. For special circumstances like damage in transit please email/ WhatsApp us on the day you receive it with a Unboxing Video of the same.
